1. 协议适用范围
本协议适用于你访问拾片官网和使用拾片应用服务的全部行为。你在下载、安装、使用产品前，应完整阅读并理解本协议。
2. 服务内容
拾片提供将照片转换为拼图碎片、查看原图、碎片拼接创作等功能。具体功能以应用内实际展示为准。
3. 使用规范
- 你承诺仅在合法、合规范围内使用拾片。
- 你不得利用拾片侵犯他人合法权益（包括但不限于隐私权、著作权、肖像权）。
- 你需确保上传或处理的内容拥有合法权利来源。
4. 本地存储与数据责任
拾片默认不托管用户照片。照片、拼图和碎片主要存放于你的设备本地。你应自行做好备份与保管，因设备损坏、误删、系统异常造成的数据损失由你自行承担。
5. 知识产权
拾片的软件代码、页面设计、商标、文案等知识产权归开发方所有。未经授权，任何个人或组织不得复制、传播或用于商业目的。
6. 服务变更与中断
我们可能基于维护、升级或合规要求对服务进行调整。若发生重大变更，我们会通过合理方式提示。
7. 协议更新
我们有权根据业务发展更新本协议，更新后会在官网或应用内公布新的生效日期。继续使用即视为接受更新后的协议。

These Terms apply to your access to the PiecePix website and use of the PiecePix app. Please review them before downloading or using the product.
2. Service Description
PiecePix provides tools to convert photos into puzzle fragments, reopen original photos from fragments, and remix fragments into new compositions. Actual features are defined by the current app version.
3. Acceptable Use
- You agree to use PiecePix in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not use PiecePix to infringe others' rights, including privacy, copyright, or portrait rights.
- You are responsible for ensuring lawful rights to all content you process.
4. Local Storage and Data Responsibility
PiecePix does not host user photos by default. Photos, puzzle outputs, and fragments are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for backups and safekeeping of your data.
5. Intellectual Property
All software code, visual design, trademarks, and copy related to PiecePix are owned by the developer. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
6. Service Changes and Interruptions
We may update, pause, or modify services for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance reasons. Material changes will be announced through reasonable channels.
7. Terms Updates
We may revise these Terms as the product evolves. The latest effective date will be published on the website or in-app. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
